Recruitment Cycle:

Year-round recruitment.

Note: Summer internships typically run from April - August so recruitment begins for those positions in October for the following summer.

Positions:

Outside Sales Internships and Warehouse Management Trainee (open to recent grads).

Main Target: Uline’s Sales Internship targets students in the 2nd and 3rd year of their degree program with a primary focus on sales or marketing, but we are not opposed to other majors.

For all other positions, we hire upcoming graduates or alumni.

Recruitment Process:

Qualified candidates will be expected to complete a series of in-person interviews with HR and leadership.
