Applicant Details:

  • Undergraduate degree with a major in accounting or other relevant field.

  • The desire and willing to work towards the CPA designation.

  • Public practice experience would be considered an asset, but not required.

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Standards on Review Engagements (CSRE).

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
