I found Rogers Telecommunications’ recruitment process to be very confusing. My interview was arranged by someone in Toronto, but I was interviewed by someone in BC for a job position in Edmonton. The interviewer also seemed to know very little about the position (maybe you could use this to your advantage and ask great questions). 

However, with this being said, the culture at Rogers Telecommunications was very relaxed. I spent most of my time with a small group of people that were all very kind and helpful when needed. Communication skills, problem solving, and critical thinking were integral to helping me secure my co-op term.
