Recruitment Cycle:

February to April.

Positions:

Co-op: January to August 2025, May to August 2025.

Articling Student/Junior Associate: January 2025, May 2025 (few spots), and October 2025.

Main Target:

  • Co-op: Primarily accounting majors, but also those with a finance major who are interested in pursuing their CPA.

  • Articling Student: BCom with an accounting major and those that are planning to pursue their CPA after graduation.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Apply on KRP’s Job Board (ADP).

  2. Short on-way video interview completed on your own time.

  3. From there, a decision will be made if KRP wants to go forward with another interview.

  4. One interview over Zoom or in-person.

  5. Will be notified in a timely manner if an offer is extended or not.

  • We are not a Big 4, nor do we want to be a Big 4. We have the same scope of services and work like the Big 4’s in Edmonton, but will give you the experience of a smaller firm. You aren’t just a number here.
