Positions:

Primarily hiring for recent grad jobs (2 year Business Analyst program).

Main Target: Depends on the position, but usually an individual with a degree and some level of work experience.

Recruitment Process:

We try to keep the recruitment process fast, but putting the right person on the right seat.

  1. Initial Interview.

  2. Interview with Manager.

  3. Core Values Interview.

Applicant Details:

  • Generally, applicants require a university degree and at least 3 years of work experience.

  • For the Business Analyst program, look for a recent graduate that doesn’t have a lot of experience in the field.
