Recruitment Cycle:

Fall & Spring

Positions:

Co-op students and articling students (recent graduate, enrolling in CPA PEP).

Main Target: 2nd to 4th year accounting students with little to no experience.

Note: Both co-op and articling student positions are looked at a year or so in advance .

Recruitment Process:

  1. Digital application that is reviewed by the local and national office.

  2. After approval from both, the candidate is asked for an interview.

  3. A decision to extend an offer comes shortly after reviewing all candidates.

What should candidates know about your company when considering applying for a position?

  • Generally speaking, showing your soft skills such as eagerness to learn, communication, etc. goes a long way.

  • While GT values technical knowledge and work experience, every firm is different and the work that PA firms do can be a different experience from industry firms.
